Brooklyn Dodgers

Yoooo hope everyone is doing good! It has been a couple weeks and things are going great. I left Connecticut and got transferred to Brooklyn! So I am now back to New York City!! It has been a fun couple weeks getting used to being back to the buses and the subways. Brooklyn so far is such a cool place, and keeping me really busy.

The last week in Connecticut I was able to go to the Hartford Connecticut temple again. It was such an amazing experience once again being able to bring our friends! I sure love being at the temple and bringing friends for their first time is such a gift.

Couple cool things that I have been able to see so far here in Brooklyn has been the Brooklyn Bridge and also where the Brooklyn Dodgers baseball team use to play. So that has been really cool! The work is going well, and we have some more progressing friends so that's good! Love you all have a great week!

A Great Work

So grateful to be able to be apart of this great work in New York City and currently Connecticut!!! Helping Gather Scattered Israel is so amazing! This last week we were able to help our friend Jimmy get baptized! He is best friends, neighbors and co-workers with Abel that was baptized the week before!! It is really powerful to ask others who else needs this Gospel. It is a Gospel of healing and will change us all. So grateful to grow my testimony of the Restored Gospel everyday as I serve!

 

D&C 15:6

  "And now, behold, I say unto you, that the thing which will be of the most worth unto you will be to declare repentance unto this people, that you may bring souls unto me, that you may rest with them in the kingdom of my Father. Amen."

 

So grateful for this opportunity I have been given to go teach people and help them learn of the Restored Gospel. Very humbling for me to hear these people that are even double my age and seeing their circumstances in life and telling me their biggest life problems very humbling but grateful to be that listening ear and to help. Very grateful for my mission!
